Firebase Analytics Cookies — Used to collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data: how many people visited a page, which pages are most read, and approximate geographic distribution. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you. They help us understand which essays resonate most with readers so we can improve the publication.
Browser Local Storage (not technically a cookie) — The "Share Your Thoughts" feature on the home page stores your submitted comments in your own browser's local storage only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Blocking Firebase Analytics cookies will not affect your ability to read, subscribe, or submit essays on Poetic Codes.
